Maryville College Director of Athletics Kandis Schram has announced that Head Baseball Coach Cody Church has stepped down after five seasons directing the Scots baseball program. With this confirmation, Schram has named Clint Helton the program’s interim head coach while the administration acts swiftly and confidently to hire a person to lead the baseball program with the same passion and commitment shared by the program’s student-athletes and alumni. The Maryville College administration seeks to begin a national search for the head coach position immediately.
